Attendees joined LEAP for an information session on the Fall Chicagoland-area Cohort to Accelerate Transformation and Student Outcomes. Building on a decade of school design cycles, LEAP shared information about the legacy of Pilot Network’s school transformation as well as exciting updates on future cohorts launching this fall. Two school leaders shared their past experiences with LEAP Pilot Network and the sustained impact on their schools.

The Pilot Network is a cohort-based program that empowers forward-thinking school teams to design, pilot and scale innovative approaches to sustainable school improvement and student-centered learning. Throughout the program, school teams and educators design and refine their approach to personalized learning, discovering the right tools and methods for adapting to the needs, interests and strengths of each of their learners.
